Growing up, I remember believing that gangs— even the most dangerous looking ones— all settled their differences with a dance battle (the way it happened in movies like BREAKIN’). No weapons needed. Just cardboard and a boom box. Nobody got hurt, but somebody would get “served.” That was the worst thing that could happen.
Thinking about it now… it still makes more sense.
