Be Unlimited is a lifeline for those in need of help. No matter what you are going through, no matter how impossible it seems, there is a solution. You are not alone.
Talk to someone about what you’re dealing with. There’s nothing to be ashamed of. There’s nothing to be afraid of. Reach out to an adult you trust. That person can be a family member, teacher, coach, minister or counselor. If you are not comfortable speaking with someone face to face, a telephone helpline is a great resource. On a telephone helpline, you can remain anonymous (which means that the person you speak with will not know who you are).
Let us be a resource. Considering your situation, call any one of the helplines listed below. There are trained professionals waiting to help you.
